It all started when . . .

Carl has been a life long musician. He made the finals of the ‘Ted Mack Talent Search’ in 1968. It was the ‘American Idol’ of it’s time. That same year, he played and sang on television at eleven years old.

What followed has been a musical journey that has included joining the Jackson Family Band at fourteen, hosting radio shows, winning the Wisconsin State Band Championship, and playing every honky-tonk, dance hall, and large event under the sun.

With the Jackson Family, he was inducted into the Central Wisconsin Music Hall of Fame in 2004. His first solo release was “Shootin’ Out the Lights” in 2011. His solo act features originals and many popular and eclectic covers. His second album “White Collar Hippie” will be released July 5, 2019.
